Wunderlist is a free app that will help you manage your daily tasks. It acts as a digital to-do list. The app is not just for lists, but also setting reminders, making notes and sharing events. It is cloud-based, so your data easily syncs across all of your devices.
Another great app is Cozi Family Calendar. I set up an account for my employers and I to use together and we love it! It allows us to manage the household calendar together, write messages for each other, and keep a shopping list.
