So, how did your first week go with cleaning up your computer? I’ve managed to create folders and and focus in the labels that will enable me to find what I need, when I need it.
In week 2 I’m going to focus on prioritizing. Just as I make a list for my priorities for the day, I need to prioritize what’s important on my computer. It’s tax time, so getting all that information together, completed then archiving when done with it.
I’ve got thousands of emails sitting in my multitude of email addresses, that need to be archived. They’re taking up valuable real estate in my in-box, and causing me stress when I see that number over 1000. Cleaning out done or unwanted emails is key to being productive, and having a clean computer.
