Many of you know who I am -Professional Nanny of 17 years-Alice and one of the Development Team Members here at Regarding Nannies. What you might not know is I also moonlight in the Spring each year for the past 4 years as the Raffle Queen for the International Nanny Association’s Annual Raffle they hold on the last day of conference. Several years ago I was called the “Raffle Lady”, “Raffle Princess” then last year I renamed myself the “Raffle Queen” and had “Raffle Princesses”. This year in Las Vegas I debuted an entire new Raffle Queen outfit. I was surprised at the luggage carousel at the Las Vegas airport by a lovely lady holding a sign that said “Shaffer” and a special outfit addition from MaryAnn X Meddish. Thank you everyone who made this year such a fun and enjoyable Raffle and for the surprise limo ride and for my cape… I am still finding glitter in things from my tutu!
