Today is the final day of National Nanny Recognition Week (September 17-24, 2011), and it has been a wonderful week across the United States and even in Australia for NNRW. Take a moment now to celebrate your choice of being a professional nanny. It is a wonderful and important choice-no matter how long or short your career is.
In honor of NNRW, the development team here at Regarding Nannies wanted to do something fun and exciting to celebrate. We launched a scholarship last Monday for a Nannypalooza Conference registration . We received a lot of comments on how fun it was to “search” for the answers to the questions about Regarding Nannies and Nannypalooza. Thank you everyone who submitted their entries.
The person who will now get “Get Clued In” is Bridget G.
Congratulations on being the recipient of the scholarship. Kellie and Alice will be seeing you at the conference come November. For those of you who would still like to go to conference, September 30 is the last day for regular registration ($135 plus fee).
All week we have been sharing wonderful stories of the “Sisterhood of Nannies” and the value of professional networking. We also had a wonderful tool for nannies called the “Nanny Binder” and a great craft for Rosh Hashana . This was a must see and read week here.
