We are closing out another month in 2011 already. It is hard to believe that Tuesday is going to be March 1! The exciting thing about March is that so many fun things are happening! INA Conference registration begins, NOTY and Service Award applications deadlines are coming and more.
The Development Team at Regarding Nannies was very excited to announce on Thursday our second annual “Essay Scholarship” to the International Nanny Association’s 26th Annual conference in Tampa, Florida. We hope that you will consider entering the scholarship running. It is a wonderful experience for any professional nanny.
Did you know that the entire Development Team for Regarding Nannies will be at the INA conference? We would love to meet our readers in Tampa Florida at the conference. Here are some important dates that are coming up for the INA conference and awards etc.
Greta shared on Monday some Q&As about the Nanny of The Year for INA. The deadline is March 20, 2011 to apply. You should consider nominating someone or yourself for the NOTY. It is a wonderful experience.
Important Deadlines & Dates:
Tuesday March 1, 2011-INA Service Award Pins– given to those in the nanny industry that have 5 or more years of experience. Make sure to fill out your application and submit it by March 1, 2011. There will be no late exceptions. This is a wonderful award ceremony and honor for those in the nanny industry. In 2010, when the first Service Award Pins were handed out, the Development Team was very excited and proud to take part. Glenda received her 25 year pin, Kellie received her 20 year pin, Alice received her 15 year pin and Greta received her 5 year pin. We hope to see you receiving your Service Award pins at the Service Award Breakfast!
Thursday March 10, 2011 INA Nanny of the Year applications due.
Tuesday March 1, 2011– Conference Registration opens. Early bird registration ends Thursday March 24, 2011
Saturday March 19, 2011– Deadline for entering the INA Scholarship Essay for the Registration ends at 8pm EST.
