Being a nanny is a very rewarding, yet demanding job. You are being trusted to care for and help raise another person’s children. There are nannies of all ages, at all stages of life; some have children, some do not. One challenge that a nanny faces is what to do when she wants to start her own family or if she already has children of her own that need her care. This begs the question: What about brining your child to your nanny job? I’m sure that many nannies who are also moms feel that it doesn’t make sense to have their younger children in daycare or with a sitter or nanny when they could be caring for them. Why pay for childcare when they can get the same attention and education (if not more) from being with you and your nanny kids all day?
